How do I optimize my funnel?

Dear Interenet people. I have ran several staff in my affiliate lifetime. I guess you can all call me biz hopper. For most of the products that I ran, i would achieve the first sale but comparing the effort and the time it all made no sense for example here are the most recent;

niche 1: Got 58 Subscribers made 1 sale (worth $5) - 30 days
niche 2: Got 2000 subscribers made 0 Sales - 60 days
Niche 3: Got 207 subscribers made 1 sale (worth $4) - 40 days turnaround

You can assume i am paying 12cents for every subscriber (except niche 1 where it cost me 96cents per subscriber). So my question to you all is what can i do to optimize my funnel. I Have abandoned niche 1 and niche 2. I am running strong with niche 3 and today is day 90. Probawbly the longest i have ever ran. How can i increase my conversion rate and turnaround time. If any of you have actionable strategies or insights that can help my business i would truly appreciate. Thank you
