how do i open a cj adv account after closed for inactivity

hey,
i have few grands in my old cj account but it closed because of inactivity.
i understand the reason for these rules and i respect them for forcing that, but seriously i'm not planning to pay again to a company that locked my money like that.

is there a way to reopen the account with a minimal lost ?
