How Do I Offer Coupon Codes ONLY WHEN

So i have a couple ecommerce sites and I am new to social media how do I offer them a coupon / promo code only when they like the facebook fan page? I tried looking online but noticed that Facebook removed the use of Tabs after FEB 2011? Any help in this would be appreciated

Use iframes instead of fbml

Thanks the only problem i have with this is that the script is not running correctly and it's super slow on my browser
