How Do I Monetize Expired Domain With DA (60-90) Backlinks

Good day all. I've been doing some research and I came across expired domains that's got backlinks with DA from 70-90. The sites with this DA have anywhere from 100k-500M monthly visit. I've checked the domains on spamzilla and it says clean with scores from 2-28.

I really need good advice on what steps to take.
