You need a dedicated device (or browser with fingerprint), residential proxy, and USA phone number. Just access the internet on browser for a few days to create activity, and then create account. It should work fine.

It may be a little difficult to understand for beginners. Facebook extracts a lot of information from your activity like device OS, screen size, location, proxy, recent activity, search history etc. So, they know a lot more about you than you may think. It's extremely difficult to hide your location from them.
If you use same device (PC or phone) for multiple accounts, your accounts get banned. So, you need a separate device for new account. This is not possible for everyone. So, you can use a browser with unique fingerprint to make it look like a separate device. You can use multi-login browser like incognition available here on BHW (free for up to 10 profiles):

You can use 911 for proxy or post here in WTB for proxy and mobile number. Facebook may allow your account with original IP after a few weeks, but it's not recommended. They may change your location based on your activity.

Perfect i got this praiteproxy site 5$ per month and i am not able to find trusted site for usa number and bro I am 18 years just starting to dropship I have watched eBay course about dropshipping and recently Facebook marketplace course by paul and now I wanted to start but the thing Is I live outside of the USA and so the shipping option is not available so I have to set the pickup location to new york, LA or other and then tell the people who are interested that i can only shop it and i am planing to take payment by Paypal so do you think this will work if not then should i try ebay dropshipping and that 400$ i got it from my parents so please give me the best advice.

as far as I know, only accounts with lots of recently activities will have the shipping option enabled.
