How do I make new Adwords accounts without getting banned/black listed?

I need full instructions on how I can make new adwords accounts without getting banned from Google. I constantly find google ads everywhere with the "free $75 adwords vouchers" but I know you can only use one per account, I have one for my first account which once I use it I want to use them over again.

I heard you need to make new accounts to do so but I'm afraid if I enter my information more than once or if I make more than 1 account on the same IP, they will find out and ban me.

Should I delete my current account and make a new one with the same information and enter the new voucher for every account I use up. Or should I delete my current account and then hide my IP to make an account for the new voucher? Thanks for letting me know and please give full details. B-bye.

i bought 5 vouchers on ebay, used them the one after the other with 5 different accounts, i did not change ip all the infos were the same, and no problem.

Anyway thats true that some people had issues using many adwords accounts, so maybe ive been lucky...

I understand it's "Blackhat World", but that doesn't mean I'm willing to get blacklisted, that's why I'm trying to find a way to work around that so I can make multiple accounts with the same $75 coupon over and over. I guess I'll just delete that account when the coupons are used up and then make new ones on another IP and different email, sound like a good idea?

Try with fresh IP and hide your MAC Address, the rest you have to improvement

I think will not a problem if you have multiple adword account from 1 ip.
