Well, for online work you need a computer with internet connection, for at least a few hours per day. If you're homeless, I suggest you to try to find some work IRL, and gain some money first. I suppose you're in EU, because you're talking about euros.
For the newbie online work, you can try freelancing platforms (upwork, fiverr, etc) - be aware that you'll meet a lot of thieves there, so always pay attention to details (rules, requirements, deadlines). What are your skills? Are you good at writing? What about data entry? Do you know how to use Photoshop, Gimp or at least Canva? If you have computer skills, you can try to do Online Support for a small business in town. You have a lot of opportunities, but it's up to your skills and will to work.
Keep your head up, because from the point you are right now, the direction is only above, so if you're serious, good things will happen to you.

My friend, There are many people that need to move to other homes and since they don't have enough space they give away stuff for free (used objects, pieces of furniture, etc.). They often post these gifts on classified ads websites... you can take this stuff for free and resell it in the marketplace section of Facebook.

IM has a gentle learning curve. You need some money to survive before you get into IM. There is some trial & error before you make money. It's better to get a job when you're broke.
