How do I make money from this?

I have an emails list and I wanna make profit from it, Quantity? tons of it!
I have a plan of sending them some message that would make them click a link with the
message, when they click it, they'll go to a page (my page). Now how do I make a profit from there?
Pop-up ads? I never had experience with it but, do I make momey every time a user visits my
page and the popup shows up? Or only if they click on the ads on the popup? what if they have adblocker?

Say my visitors (from the emails list) is experienced, the types of people that don't get carried away so
easily, types of people who are svery hard to make money from, how much traffic do I need to make $2K?

Any other methods? I have traffic, but my visitors will only be most interested to the content that they wanted.
So I need a method, that works silently and qyickly. Thanks.

And is there any ad networks that I could use wherr I could simply create an account, copy their code and paste in mine?

Or maybe, redirect them to a shorten link everytime they visit the page for the first time?

All the tools you need to monetize it are here. Subscribe to a tolerant email service for a start. Find a relevant affiliate network that offers products your target group could be interested in. All audiences are hard. All are possible. Do not email them generic stuff or offers in a non-native language to them (unless it s a digital, universal product).
Put yourself in their shoes. Test, test, test!

Create a simple lading page with a button to the destination site. Put a few banners on the page or add various ad code for popups, popunders, etc. No sense using a short link service when you can keep them on your site. If you simply want CPM for impressions, use A-Ads or RUNative. Alternatively, get a direct link from Propeller Ads.

FYI - You can make your landing page look like a sponsored ads page (i.e. Add a "Continue to Destination" button).

I have ad code script available on Gitbub at FindDIY / WebAdCode - Just insert your direct links or ad code and paste on your page.

The ads codes that are available are similar to those used on short link sites, but won't get blocked by ad blockers.

This is the best advice here IMO.

But take heed of TayaX's advice: this can be illegal in some places. People have gone to jail for doing it.
