They do not accept affiliate links, but if you create your own community, perhaps you can place affiliate links. The problem is gathering members and what products are suitable for promotion.

I think the only thing Karma is giving you is 1. credibility and 2. leniency where you can post. If you spam that's the quickest way to devalue your account. If you're taking the long approach, maybe starting and growing a subreddit. There you create the rules.
Otherwise, find subreddits that allow you to post and post whatever you'd like to promote on there, be it affiliate links or what have you.
