Eating memory: I don't think they are highly targeted if I'm honest.
CelenaJames: I have several twitter accounts for my main website - they have about 9k followers combined and they work well to drive traffic, however my 20k account I don't have any website associated with it -it was more an experiment / hoping it might come in handy at some point why I created that account.
If anything I would say the accounts followers would be targeted more to the adult industry.
Anyway, I'm going to keep reading bhw and experiment!!

Thanks for all the advise, the comments have really inspired me!
What I have elected to do is to make a website which hosts adsense and link that to the twitter account - I will post back with progress if and when there is any!!!

Well, I have seen many people selling their twitter accounts at very good prices or you can even keep it with yourself for more promotion of your business so that later it will be worth understanding how much you are earning.
