Have you tried the google product forums?
Perhaps if you explain your problem with your PBN links they will index them for you.

same here for me 6 month ago, when start PBN project
if you just want to index your domain's :
1. if you use wordpress, install plugin >> Google XML Sitemaps
2. simple methode is : make a 1 unique article = 1 index created
is this methode work? yes, iam using this until right now
but if someone have another good methode, lets try

I don't know which one is more toxic, this or Ste Hughes' advice.
You seriously add your PBN's to Google Webmaster Tools? They have your GPS location, your meds, your bank account number and they know the last time you had sex. And you want to keep your PBN "private"?
