I do have proxies already. and i would like to know how to make different ptofiles not linked to each other

I know Brave do have fingerprint blocking, but how do i block let say cavas, fonts, etc in either the browser settings or with good free plugin.

It's not safe enough.
This browser will tired you because it has built-in proxy and this is public ip.

For that you have to be programmer so you can modify the configuration etc and files etc to make your own.

But instead of that you can try free ones for basic work and paid for advance work for business works.

If you want to learn then you can spend time on developing own using chromium project code.

what about extensions thats can get the work done

I recommend you to test Hidemyacc antidetect browser. They have a section to set up canvas parameters, fonts and some other browser settings. Combining the use of Hidemyacc with a proxy is entirely possible

If it helps, I've been experimenting with the free version of Dolphin for a few days now, and so far, everything's been fine.

Browser emulation software often costs money when you want to create a large number of accounts. I think you should test some antidetect before deciding
