you can still use a fake facebook page to increase interaction for your posts, but I advise against it, because doing so won't have much effect, and will take more time.

Nah, it cannot get original traffic. I'm pushing my page by buying 3000 followers. Then post 2-3 posts about my service > run engagement/traffic ads with 10$ daily budget. It gets 2000 likes and 100 comments in 1 month and my page gets more real followers now. I think the main point is whether your service and advertising image can attract users or not
