Just make a fake one and buy a vba to Vertify it.

No problem with the age.They wont come to you and verify ur age.

I have a verified Paypal with all of my bank details and I'm under 18.

Shouldn't be a problem.

Ur 18....What are you worried about. Did they change the age limits or something? I had one when i was 16

If i remember correctly 18 is the age you can legally sign up and use Paypal, what are you worrying about?
