How do I make a Feed?

Hello Bhers.

Since FBML codes are pretty expensive (especially when your only making $10-20 a day) I'm thinking of making my own.

I want it to be the normal 3-step thing (obviously not as good) but I want the user to be forced to post a feed. I know how to force them to post it (since I have this part of code) but I don't know how to make the actual feed.

If anyone good explain or link me to an article (I've tried seach) that'd be great.

Ok, i've got the feed sorted, now how would I go about making a custom image for it. Like "click here to share with your friends." (since it's a share button).
