How do i know which people to unfollow

I am kind of newbie in pinterest and right now am doing and follow and follow back routine. So i am following a lot more people than i am being followed. So my question now is in order to make my profile look little bit better, how do i know which people to unfollow? Do the users get a notification when i unfollow them, so if i happen to unfollow someone who is following me they get like offended and unfollow me to? How does that stuff work? And please don't suggest bots to me, am still too poor for that stuff Maybe in couple of weeks hh

Basically what everyone is doing:

-Follow person, record it
-Check in three days if he followed back, record it
-The ones that didn't follow you back, unfollow

What i do:

I unfollow everyone that i added later than 2 days..They ones that followed me will not be checking if i'm still a follower 24/7. That's just creepy.

so thats it? and do they get a notification when you unfollow them?

Isn't there Pinterest software that can do all that automatically?

Follow 30 people per day
Unfollow any that don't follow back within 7 days.
Repeat.

Yes..you can automate it with a 100$ software..No they don't get a notification if you unfollow. Unless they are psychopaths that refresh their followers constantly and check who unfollowed them

Yes there are software but they costs 100$..so if he doesn't have the money, he can always do it manually.

I made my own software lol But the most popular are PinBlaster and FollowLiker

Ah cool, I use FL for Twitter accounts, so I'd probably go with that.
