How do I know shadowban?-tinder

I log in to my Tinder account via email and phone, but I don't get any interaction. No matter how hard I try, when I want to remove my profile, there is no action. All I can do is enter and exit.

No matter how many e-mails I sent to the helpline, I received no response. please help

I had an issue where I'd made a new account, not even a single like in my new country that I just moved to, not a single match either.

I have a feeling I was shadow banned?

Once I got my new mobile and number I created a new account - exact same photos/wording/everything - woke up to a bunch of likes and a few matches the next day.

I get the feeling if there's no interaction you may be shadow banned.
