I have used some black hat methods in the past, but nothing too crazy. Some Xrumer, some SENUKEX and Scrapebox. I haven't using it for more than 1 year.

I have never seen my website getting more than PR 0, even thought it's gets some traffic from Google. Most the traffic comes from Facebook and Google + because I manually share links on there.

I added the site into Webmaster Tools, and it appears, everything is normal, it doesn't say anything about the site getting sandboxed.

How do I go about changing that? Any help would be much appreciated.
