How do i know if my paypal Stealth was made correctly?

I need a paypal stealth for money making reasons. However, I am not sure if i made it correctly. How do i confirm that my stealth is made correctly and is ready to use for sites like eBay or interweb transfers?

A PayPal stealth account is a PayPal account not connected with your real info or at least not connected with any other possible banned account.
