How do I know if a voting website logs my IP?

I am trying to win a voting contest and I have a simple iMacro script set up so vote, however I tried integrating it changing Proxy's every run but I can't find any good proxies that don't fail at connection. How can I tell if they will see if they all come from the same IP? I have been using the free lists posted daily for proxies on here as well as the public hidemyass proxies but none of them turn out to be good. Also I would use 1 proxy per vote right?
