How do I know a post I made that goes against Facebook policy

You go to the account quality section, FB will summarize the violating posts there and will ask you to delete them. So go there and check to know which of your posts are violated immediately.

You will need to start segmenting your posts so you can split test. because there are a lot of little terms that we sometimes don't pay attention to.
