How do I intercept expired domains?

Hello,
Does anyone of you know of any software for intercepting expired domains? Where i can write a domain name that is in the process of expireded .
And then, once the domain has expired, is able to register it within a couple of secends?

What you need to do is backorder a domain and most big registrars offer that.
