I raised my comment karma to 200 and used the beacon link as a prelink. Then I added the beacon link to my profile first and now reddit is letting it into comments. Thank you all

Are you using direct linking or redirecting from your own domain to another site?

beacon link is like a linktree. That's what I used. It's a one-button landing page.
 
Reddit's filter might be the culprit, not your link or karma. It could be a shadowban, content filters, or posting too fast. Try waiting before adding the link, using a plain URL, and adding context. Still stuck? Message the subreddit mods for help.
