How do i increase web speed load time for auto posting sites?

my wordpress plugins , specifically amazon auto posting is making my site extremely slow - how do i increase the speed? I feel as if i am losing visitors.

hi, I have all of that set up already sorry for not adding it to the original post - but it still seems to go slow. pindom says its 15 seconds.

move to VPS or dedi
slowdown the autopost interval

I'm not sure if you've already considered this, but one thing you might want to try doing is switching your theme. I know some themes are free while others can be way expensive, but my experience has been that some of the paid themes (quality ones) load faster in general.

I'm no website expert but I'm guessing that the coding of the them you're using could have some effect on the speed of your site. How much of an effect, I don't know.
