Search around the Blackhat and whitehat SEO sections of the forum. You'd find different tips and suggestions that would be of help. Asking questions like this won't help you in any way.
Check out threads from @RealDaddy he has lots of threads that contain guides that could be of help.
There are lots of other members on the forum like him as well. Those other members you'll find them in those aforementioned sub forums/sections.

Fast rankings and new website? Forget it unless you have an unlimited budget. SEO takes time so any path you take you should be aware of this. Do not expect to rank on first page in a few days. That’s not how SEO works.

Conterary to what others say, don't even bother learning seo.
Head over to marketplace and buy seo package.
If it's a business website, pbn can do wonders.

@seouusrynsh - if you are selling a product or a service, how much is it? i want to see the cost benefit analysis of you doing SEO or hiring someone else. Also where do you live and what geo location are you targeting?
