How do I increase keywords?

I posted a video of the new xbox one and I'm on the third page and yet I did a video before others who have less views and they just did it a day ago. Mine was 2 days ago.

I want to learn how to get more search results for my videos. They are all made by me, I don't steal videos and use CPA or anything like that... I'm a partner and make gaming videos.

1. How do I create these backlinks? Is addmefast good enough to increase the backlinks by having it get tweeted?
