How do i harvest/extract/scrape my friends emails from facebook?

Call it whatever you want but i basically need all my friends emails. Since i cant export them as contacts from yahoo anymore i need a new means of accomplishing this, any help is appreciated in return i'll dump the list here if that's allowed. They are all active, real friends. Well, at least they think i'm a real friend i'm just posing as somebody else... anyway thanks!
