How do I grab videos and use it in YouTube to promote their products with my affiliate link? Would they allow me to use Google adword that already has link showing in description or I'm taking risk to lose account?

You cant , you will be baned...on affiliates and youtube, adwords also

You can still try it with videos that are creative Commons, as you are allowed to use this type of videos freely.
Just search YouTube and filter out your search using creative Commons.
