What are some of the tricks used for Ebay? How can I get a lot of eyes on what I'm selling? I used to see 1 cent or 99 cent listings but seems like that has calmed down a lot. Probably due to Ebay's fees.
Strong titles with relevant keywords (no stuffing, but think like a buyer), high-quality images, and detailed descriptions are must-haves. Free shipping, competitive pricing, and fast handling times also push you higher in search. Promoted Listings (ads) are a big traffic driver, and many sellers use them even with small budgets. Outside of eBay, you can drive traffic by sharing on social, forums, or niche groups if your items fit a community.
I’ve also seen that the 1¢ or 99¢ listing trick isn’t really used much these days, probably because of fees. Interested to know what new methods sellers are using now to bring more traffic to their eBay listings.
Focus on strong titles with buyer-focused keywords, high-quality images, and Promoted Listings. Sharing in niche communities or adding short product videos can also bring targeted traffic—old 1¢ tricks aren’t really worth it anymore.
