How do I get rewarded video ads on my website?

Like the 30 second ones that are used on apps/games which you cannot skip.

If you are talking about YT, setup monetization in the video you want to be monetized. Just make sure you've completed all the steps to turn on monetization for your channel and set up an AdSense account for payments.
FYI, YT already has removed those 30 sec auto play videos.
