How do I get PPC Ad approved for a CPA offer?

Hello,

I've been searching for the answer all over and can't find it. So I'm going to make this thread. Maybe it will help others out as well.

Question: How do you get your PPC networks to approve your CPA offer ad?

Do you buy a domain name from godaddy and redirect to the offer?

Can you only do a landing page made by you?

Can you iframe a offer in a lander?

I'm looking for a way to get it approve directly to the offer itself.

Nothing?

It totally depends on what PPC network you are using.

ADWORDS
If you are using Adwords, good luck. Direct linking is super hard, if not impossible. Some people get lucky, and if it's Clickbank forget. They hate the three letters H-O-P. G@@gle frowns upon affiliates in general, despite having their own affiliate network. Go figure.

OTHER NETWORKS
If it's 7 search or Adcenter you can direct link most of the time. I've had the rare occasion where I couldn't direct link and I had to buy a cheap domain and redirect it from my Cpanel. Here is an example of one I own:

http://www.longthicklashes.net

That redirects to idol lash. But it looks great in the PPC ad, chicks think they are going to a solid site, verses www.bweru0re0wrueo.com.

Of course making your own lander some people say is best. I don't do that until I'm sure the offer converts.
