I think you just need to make high-quality and interesting content, and people will share it on their own.

Instead of “please share,” say things like “Tag a friend who’d love this.” It feels more natural and works better.
 
If you feel your post is exceptionally inspiring and all of the above yet nobody engages or share. You could try booting strategies a bit. E.g FB allows you to boost Posts, Statuses, Reels etc to be able to reach more people. Or you could try micro workers.

They need that content in the future. Or at the time they see that content, they don't have time to watch and understand it, so they will share it so they can see that content again.
