how do i get people to join my facebook page?

i need to get people to my website so i have set up a facebook page that i think will help get people to my website.. whats the best way to get people to my page and become a fan so i can get them to visit my website?

let se.. how much friends d u have? are they know you close ? promote your pages, ask them to "like" you rpage,

even that, your page must have some unique, some infortmation, or sell that people searchs.

promoto on your blog. if you want naturally, you must patient..

Other things you can do to drive more traffic to your page:

--Go to your Facebook page & update your profile to include
the type of things you're interested in.
(For example, if your website is about music, you could go to your FB page
and enter the names of bands, etc. that you're interested in)
--Then, join some groups that are in that niche. Become their fan.
--Post some things regarding what you're interested in that have some content in there
as well as a bit of your personality.
--Of course, include a link to your website in your profile & on some of your posts on your wall.
--You can also make posts on some other sites or Fan Pages that give some content,
then provide a link back to your FB Page AND your site.

I believe that those should help.

Oh yeah, I had a couple more thoughts for you...

On your page, you could give your visitors some incentive to join
your page, like a free report or audio -
Just like you do on a squeeze page.

use twitter to plug your page.. thats what i did

use twitter, also post on walls relative to your business.

set up auto dm to new twitter followers to also join or like your fb page

use twitter ? how ? i've add my pages, but i didn't get any effort.
