I have a review site where people review numerous of things. The only part of the site with actual content is the blog and that is where I have the contextual links that point back to the homepage. I want the homepage to rank but the only thing that is actual ranking for keywords is the blog. How do I get other pages to rank? The blog is really the only place with content.

Why do you want your homepage to rank at first place ?

You said the blog is really the only place with Content So basically google will see your blog page having the keyword and not the homepage.

Do you have Content on your homepage? if yes is it optimized for the keyword that you are trying to rank ?

The homepage is just for navigational purposes. I want to rank for over 100 or more keywords. How would I fit them on the homepage?

You dont need to rank your homepage for your keywords. Each keyword or set of related keywords should have its own page exclusively optimized for it.

The Above Comment Sums it up. You can't Rank your homepage for 100s of keywords. This is not how it works. Ranking your homepage for your brand name is enough. Try to rank Internal pages.
