What programs make it so you can get lists of proxies? Not the ones that you pay for.. just ones to put into bots and stuff... The ones people give away for free

And i don't want to get scapebox because you have to pay for it..

Proxy list section of BHW and recheck and filter with proxy fire and you will end up with a working list of L1/L2 proxies .

ya i know that there are proxy lists but i was wondering if there was a way to get them myself
