How do I get in contact with clients.

Hello my name is Ahmed and I want to get in contact with clients in america/canada/europe and the type of work I can do is within IT department.
Im qualified for Windows XP/Vista/7/8 Citrix, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory and Office 365.
And I want to able to work remotely on Team Viewer and I can consider working below average pay or even free to establish trust and working relations. I'm serious about this.
