How do I get followers?

Hi there, just started a brand new acc. in three days i followed 50 people, and only gained 5 followers.
i try to grow without bots etc. cause im on a budget.
i was wondering if any has tips for me, cause this isnt working out so far.

really want them organically, but im not sure how to get users to follow me

share related content to your followers, ie pictures videos posts ect

You should share some valuable content as the proxygo has told, otherwise why should people follow you ?

Keep posting something interesting, it will pace up gradually

- Find relevant accounts within your niche and follow their most recent followers
- Like/comment on relevant posts
- Consistency is key

easy and simple, make your account like that who ever will visit (related niche) will must follow you bcz u so good

really simple i dont know why people makin things so hard this days... i have 11 posts, 2-3 in a week
i have 490 followers, mabye 40 of them are friends
im using automation software for like and comment for exposure
and used once engagement group to get 1 post ranked 3 place and in other hashtag 7 place
didnt like it if ill be honest, to big engagement jump for my account, looks fishy
better keep things organic as much as possible in my niche (which is art)
but i have to say i had 100 followers from this jump as well which came from the ranking those hashtags, so need to do this things carefully
i think its the best using engagement groups (any kind) after passing 1k so things will look smooth

Good and original contents are key. Can't be posting picture of your cat from a 2008 iphone and expect to have thousands of followers, if you catch my drift.

Hey man, people have posted some great ideas so far and I just wanted to add a few things I've had work for me in the past.

One thing that is super important on IG more than any other platform is the use of hashtags. Try finding other popular accounts in your niche and see which hashtags they're using on their most popular posts. Once you get a few popular ones that are specific to your niche check out a site like "Webstagram" that keeps an updated list of the most popular hashtags on Instagram. You can add up to 30 hashtags per post so max it out!

Also, I wish I could find the exact percentage but I've read that when you follow someone, like a picture, and leave a comment they are (I believe it was) 27% more likely to follow you back. Go to the popular hashtags in your niche and take the time to scroll posts while following, liking, and leaving a quick comment. Then go to popular accounts in your niche and follow everyone who is liking their pictures as well.

I've found that on average around 10%-20% of people follow back, so if you follow 1,000 people I bet around 100-200 people will follow you. So then do this over and over again. Follow 1,000 people, get your followers, then use an app to unfollow everyone who didn't follow you back. I'm cheap and not a computer genius so I use the free app "Unfollowers For Instagram" on the Google Play store but I KNOW more technology advanced apps exist!

Hey cutapig, do you have any recommendations as to where I can learn about / find automation software for like and comment exposure and how to use engagement groups? I have been able to build up some IG accounts but they are as organic as it gets besides a couple of follow trains just because I'm a noob to IM and have no idea how to do these awesome things you speak of!

search for automation software here n the forums,
for the engagement groups you can search on google, bhw dont support talking about engagement groups
