I need like 100k emails to market my service to of small businesses./....................hoovers cost a fortune and i hear all email lists are scams....SOS! WHAT DO I DO SO I DONT HAVE TO MANUALLY BUILD THIS LIST!!!!!

Create a landing page with a freebie e-book for e-mail sign ups then rank the page.

or Manually build them for targeted traffic or rent a list

Use amotic mail scraper. It is really good.

You can buy them too.......
there are lot of sellers who are providing Mailing data also.
Just use BHW's search option.

There a GSA scraper it can scrape emails easily.

I'm not sure scraped emails would work for you as they aren't targeted and as I know its not easy to inbox emails for scraped lists. So renting a list is more likely the way to go for you.

You can use amotic mail scraper for collecting those mail. I think manually collected emails are more effective, but you are looking for a huge number of emails. So I think mail scraper will be the best option for you.
