I have a project I want done I have incubators and VC's ready in to be approached but I need developers, but since this is a startup we can only provide equity in the company but we don't need a full working platform but rather just a small working MVP to get the investment, then with the investment we can start paying people, the hours are negotiable obviously but we would require 2 hours at least a day... But people refuse to work for equity but there's really no other option till we get the investment, sometimes I regret not learning programming for this very reason.
