How do I get approved on clickbank or cpabuild?

Guys at this point I have no idea how you even get approved in these networks, I answered with what I have/done, and everything is legit with my own real information and all, but it gets rejected. is this normal with these networks and do I have to purchase already approved accounts or should I just look for alternatives? also cna you recommend some good alternatives to look at, thanks
