The content must be informative to your target audience. The site is easy to access of the users, and doesn't redirect to unwanted websites.

Redirection is certainly a big no. Google does not like such websites.

There are some important conditions to meet for AdSense approval.
First of all, You should create unique, high quality content (at least 20-30) for your website.
The website should be mobile friendly and fast loading.
There must be a privacy policy, about, contact page.
There should be no copyright content, illegal content and additional ad blocks.
It is better if the domain is at least 1-2 months old. If you update content regularly and they have good user experience, the chances of AdSense approval increase a lot. Best wishes!
