How do I get approval for my Google my business with this issue

So, I already have a general business profile that is approved, but it is for a different type of business. It is set as a pickup-and-drop service, meaning customers cannot see my exact location because I operate from home. I also have all the required documents for that business.

Now, the main issue is: I have other skills as well, and I want to open a second business account using a different email ID for a specific service business. However, the problem is that I do not have documents for that business, and my CA said it would be a bit of a pain to create new documents because of certain policies here.

What I did was upload videos showing the products I repair and submitted them to my Google Business Profile for verification, but the profile got suspended 3 times.

So, is there any solution for this situation?

Are you using the same Kyc for verify second business?

Absolutely not it's completely different business, like ex: my main Business is selling lights and second business is repairing TVs

but the both business is related to appliances

so may be you using the same address for verification?

For first Business there is no address it's set on pick up and drop sales and service. For second business I have to set up address because customer now starting to visit my home as well.

i check everything because on second business I don't have documents I share only repairing video as proof to get approval and during suspension submit proof like repairing videos and images but still no success.

the question is do you using the same location / device or internet to verify second account?

If yes then this is causing the problem
 
Tv repair I live in this urban area where there is not a single tv repair when during suspension i also write very this type of reason but still got rejected.
 
If it's been suspended three times, Google is likely looking for stronger proof of the business. For service-area businesses, videos alone often aren't enough.

Without proper business documentatio, getting approved can be difficult. I'd focus on resolving the documentation issue first rather than repeatedly creating new profiles.

If Google suspended the profile multiple times, the issue is usually related to business eligibility rather than the verification video itself. I’d review the business category and documentation first.
 
few years back, i used to get GMB approved with the help of sending support Shopfront pictures.
Once or twice my client's gmb got suspended because we were using one location for two businesses. We sent them mail with shopfront images. They approved it.
