How do I tweet all people on a page like this alerting them to my website?

You can't. It's Twitter not Facebook. People only see tweets from accounts they follow (and tweets they retweet from other accounts). If you want a Twitter page for your site just create a new account and start to get followers.

Really? You don't know how to create a Twitter page/account?

You know if you go to Twitter.com, at the top, there is a "Sign Up" button, I believe clicking this will allow you to create an account.
