How do I get a SMSPVA token?

I emailed their support and asked if they have tokens and they didnt know what I was talking about.

On twitterdub I can add my smspva account token to i guess automate the phone verification process.

I put in my smspva api key I thought maybe that was the same thing and it didn't work.

Tell them that you want it for Twitterdub,always Api Key is needed to integrate any service with Automation Tools.

I told themand the guy was confused. I cant just find it somewhere on my account?
