How do I get a refund / account fixed?

I already used the contact form a few days ago but had zero response.

I also tried to email paypal AT blackhatworld which is what we pay via Paypal but does doesn't even work. I've read the 'rules' here and it didn't seem to help.

90% of the time when I try to post I get an error message saying I've triggered a filter and should consider donating (I have already). $116 and not $97 like it states.

This is even when I don't use any bad words, images or links, yet it still happens.

Can someone look at my account to fix this or tell me where to get a refund? Thanks

I think you should be patient and try again to have the refund. So try again!
