How do I get a higher payout with CJ?

I'm delivering high quality high volume leads to several CJ offers and I would like to try and get higher payouts. However, I don't even see a name of an affiliate manager assigned to my account so I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

if you're delivering high volume of leads...and you're taking the crap rates CJ gives you...you're insane.

don't worry about who your affiliate manager is, call them up, and you'll get a higher offer.
