Looks interesting! Have you tried tools like Runway ML or Pika Labs? They are great for AI-generated videos with realistic motion
 
Probably created generating images with Dalle3 or Midjourney + animating it with Runway

I have also tried that but is not giving good results

I have tried runway ml
I got script from Gpt, punch it in leonard ai and make the motion on runway but is not realistic enough like this one.
 
I think Step AI will give u what u want (https://yuewen.cn/videos) just translate page from chinese and give it a nice prompt from chatgpt, claude... U can select some styles presets too...
 
An image generator AI like ChatGPT itself
And then, use Kling AI to transform it in a video
It's a possibility, many people on TikTok are using this setup
