Hello. BHW members.

I recently started a VPN business, but i am not getting any sales or traffic to my website. My website is on google and i paid for a 400+ word seo article on my website. But still i am not getting much. These "top vpn" websites wants me to pay them 300$ to review my VPN. I don't have that kind of money.

What are some good methods? I do not think i am allowed to post my VPN on here as i am not a VIP member.

Thanks for all help.

Really, you think that you can spend $5 on a 400 word article and you'll start banking hard? You need a lot more than that. Outsource a lot more content that are targeting researched keywords for Google. Once you start ranking on a relevant keyword (and not "just Google") you can get some traffic.

Other ways to get traffic:
-Yahoo Answers
-Social bookmarking
-Article directories

For your specific niche, I would suggest an adwords campaign. Find a buying keyword and then see if you can get a positive ROI from it.

Acutally i spent over 100$ in total. Don't harrass me.

Doesn't matter how much you've spent. If you don't have good SEO with researched keywords (which means content [on-page] and link-building [off-page]), you won't get ranked.

In additions to seo and social advertising, if you want quick & easy alternative to PPC advertising (adwords) I would suggest you to buy direct ad spaces.

Many high-low traffic websites, blogs and forums prefer to sell banner ad space for specific time frame (e.g. a week, month etc.) for a fixed price to generate stable income and to quickly fill their ad inventory.

So, buying ad space on websites related to your niche could give you good results and might as well save you a lot of money, if you're being creative with your banners and texts.

If you need help finding these types of websites then just go to google images and search 'buy ad space' and you'll see banner images of tons of websites and blogs trying to sell their ad space ;)

Alternatively, you can also buy ad spaces in networks like buysellads, adhitz etc.

Offering a free start-up package that has a finite time; enough time for the customer to practice with your online product and like it enough to pay for continued use.Sending out free CDs, DVDs etc. that contain starter packs or teasers to encourage the customer to use your site more can increase the number of visitors. Also try SEOclerks, you can find many freelancers on this website providing traffic at a cheap rate.

The niche is obviously tough, make use of forums to promote your vpn, there are people looking for the same, set up marketplace ads with links to your main domain and then get yourself listed on different directories.
