How do I fix White screen of death in comments

Hello blackhatters, i have a problem in my wordpress site, whenever someone wants to comment on a post a white screen of death appears. I have tried deactivating all the plugins and resetting theme to default but fails to be fix. I need help pls on how to rectify it. This is the screenshot of the screen.
