How do I fix this?

Hey guys!
This is my first and experience with emulators. I tried using the multiple instance feature of ldplayer to create multiple accounts with a banking app to farm points but it got detected as “device already registered”. I checked the user agent string of chrome on the two instances and it turned out the same.
Is there something else I was supposed to do to spoof my identity?
